Qualifying Rules
- CSAT is qualifying in nature; minimum qualifying mark is 33%
- In Prelims, only GS Paper I is used for merit-based shortlisting to Mains; CSAT must still be qualified
- In Mains, two language papers are qualifying and the remaining seven papers are ranked
